Christopher Love, MA, 500 E-RYT has taught yoga for over 20 years with immersion in the Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kripalu and Anusara traditions.  His classes flow slowly on the breath for an experience of power, grace and presence. Students are invited to their edge and beyond, with appropriate attention on alignment to support each posture.  This moving meditation allows for peace of mind, compassion and inner joy.
