Kate Renganeschi has been practicing yoga at home since 2011 and first stepped foot in a yoga studio when she moved to North Carolina in 2013. She moved from Babylon, New York to pursue her career in elementary education. She was blown away by the feeling of community and the positive energy she received from others practicing. In the summer of 2014, she spent 3 weeks in Nosara, Costa Rica doing an intensive training for her RYT-200. She has been teaching vinyasa flow, children’s yoga, yin and restorative classes at Village Yoga, Paz Studios, Wake Forest University, and the YMCA and now teaches yoga full time. In August 2016 she continued her teaching in Koh Samui, Thailand getting her RYT-500. She was also recently certified in children’s yoga and is working to bring yoga to both students and teachers in local schools.
