Leslie Ann Ellingburg, EP-C and RYT-200, aka Yogini is a Dancer, has a love and passion for all things movement!  With over ten years experience in the fitness industry, Leslie loves helping people reach their goal and to feel better in their bodies. Leslie has her degree in Exercise Science from ETSU (East Tennessee State University) and received her 200 hour yoga certification from Jennifer Chisam of Mountain Yoga in her hometown of Johnson City, TN in 2014. Leslie began her yoga journey in college and was hooked. As she began to take more and more styles of classes Leslie loved how yoga made her body feel. Yoga was also a great physical relief from her busy schedule of dancing, teaching, and weightlifting. After college Leslie began to seek recovery from eating disorders and exercise addiction–yoga was a therapeutic tool for her. This experience made her pursue yoga teacher training. Leslie bases her yoga philosphy on two Sanskrit words, shanti (peace) and leela (play)–finding inner peace through the play and practice of yoga. This is evident in how Leslie approaches class, from fun playlists to her sense of humor and laid back, patient attitude. Last year Leslie became a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
