Natalie Johnson, ERYT- 200 RYT-500, CPT

Natalie’s love for movement began at a very early age as she spent most of her childhood dancing, competing in gymnastics and horseback riding. Her love for movement developed into a fascination with the human body and well being after giving birth to her two sons (Brooks 11, Parker 9). Making fitness and health a top priority she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise and NCSM.
Through personal training and being in the gym environment she quickly found yoga and fell in love.
Fast forward a couple of years to 2014 where yoga went from a mere physical practice of moving the body into a much more spiritual way and a way of life.

As a graduate of K10Yoga’s 200 RYT program as well as the 300 hour program she began seriously teaching yoga in 2016 and made it a full time career in early 2017.
Her purpose and passion whether it be on the mat or in the gym is to inspire individuals to move their bodies with intention and mindfulness. Through her own experiences and body awareness she has a passion for truly helping others discover their best self physically, mentally and emotionally as well as healing the physical and mind body through movement.
Since training with K10Yoga she has trained at the Asheville Yoga Center, Kripalu, with The Embody Love Movement, Off the Mat into the World as well as a 5 day intensive with Seane Corn. She has a passion for continuing her education and knowledge of the physical body, mind body and spirit body spending most of 2018 traveling to various trainings and immersions.
